The role- Project Manager , Salary 35k
This role sits at the centre of our agency and involves the project management of campaigns across our entire client portfolio.

The Project Manager will be required to work with, and lead, client and internal teams in the planning and execution of complex client projects, across all channels, using the agreed workflows and processes whilst meeting business objectives.

This person must be super organized, confident, with a meticulous approach to project planning, estimating and delivery.

We’ll keep you busy with:

  • Receiving and interpreting client briefs, scoping out projects alongside team heads across strategy, creative, design, editorial, digital, video and production and create detailed SOWs, timing plans and cost estimates for each.
  • Project managing assigned projects from planning to final delivery across all departments, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets adhered to and the teams kept up to date on project status.
  • Working with the Ops manager to ensure projects are always planned around resource availability.
  • Briefing internal teams.
  • Monitoring, managing and escalating risk.
  • Planning all projects within the job management system, ensure all milestones, tasks and project budgets are kept up to date daily and are an accurate representation of project status.
  • Providing any reporting and final costs of completed projects to the head of department.
  • Ensuring all work is QC’d to the level expected and that all client expectations are met.
  • Being a pioneer for continual process improvements and lead others to follow suit.

We’d love you to have the following skills and attributes:

  • A familiarity with Kanban and Scrum approaches to project management.
  • Vast experience in the creation of project plans and cost estimates.
  • Proven record of performing a project management function in a fast-paced environment across print, digital, video and social. You’ll have your first job or at least 3 years’ experience under your belt
  • Excellent organizational skills, possessing the innate ability to prioritise and multitask, and take the complex and break it down into simple actionable steps.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills alongside being an excellent communicator.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role.
  • Super proactive and committed to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and act appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience of Paprika, Trello and project management tools would be an advantage.

Hours and Location:
Our office is in Farringdon but we’re all working very successfully from home at the moment and are happy for people to blend home/office working post Covid. However, you must be able to commute to the London office easily post Covid restrictions.

Our core hours are 9.30-5.30 Monday- Thursday with an early finish at 4.30 on Fridays.

This role is advertised as a full time role but please talk to us about part time hours if this is your preference.
